Incidentally, the event kicked off New York Fashion Week Fall 2013.

Highlighting her svelte figure, Heidi wore a black sequined halter gown by her good friend Michael Kors, featuring a plunging V-neckline and back cutout design.
Her lovely decolletage was emphasized by a stunning black and white crystal Y-necklace by Lorraine Schwartz with a matching cocktail ring.

The necklace is made of interconnecting black and white round diamond beads.
