For the event, the 31-year-old singer and actress looked lovely in a black-and-white Versace ensemble consisting of a plunging printed blouse tucked into a pair of shorts. Her shoes were gorgeous pointy ankle-strap pumps.

The singer’s accessories flaunted the iconic Medusa emblem of Versace in gold, the perfect choice of metal for the color of her outfit. She wore a chain necklace, a bracelet, a ring, and a belt, which all feature the Medusa in large shiny medallions.
This was what drove the fashion critics crazy. They said Versace should be done in moderation, limiting oneself to one to two pieces at a time. What do you think?
Jennifer Hudson was honored at the 2013 Do Something Awards for her work with the Julian D. King Foundation, an organization named after Hudson’s nephew who was murdered back in 2008. The organization provides school supplies to children from low-income families.
