The “Queen of Pop” was spotted out and about in Rome, spending some quality time with daughter Lourdes. Madonna also made a quick stop at the European branch of her gym, Hard Candy Fitness, and talked to fans and employees.
We haven’t seen Madge for a while now, and her latest accessory has gotten us a little shocked. No more cone bras for this pop queen; she has found a new fad to love — grills, golden ones with 24 diamond stone embellishments.
Yep, Madonna has joined the likes of Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and countless of hip-hop artists in decorating or messing up (depending on your perspective) their pearly whites.

We first thought that she had braces on her teeth, that maybe the singer needed to correct a bite problem or something. But upon closer inspection (and as confirmed on her Instagram account), the shiny gob is actually her grills.
Madonna posted this pic on her account two months ago, along with a caption that read “Dont hate me. Hate my #grilz.”
Now, we’re not completely impressed with this latest move because we’re unsure about 55-year-old women wearing grills as teeth jewelry. What do you think of Madge’s latest stunt? Hot or hot mess?
