Fall 2012 Jewelry Trend: The Tribal Goddess Look

Here’s another big trend that will continue to make waves this Fall season, the Tribal Jewelry Trend. Gaining popularity since last year, tribal jewelry will be stronger than ever, and today we’ll be delving deeper so you can achieve that ‘tribal goddess‘ look with your accessories!

Features to look for that embody the tribal vibe are: tribal stampings and etchings, prints, accents such as horns, animals, leaves and feathers, leather, wood, stones and a lot of metal.

Though traditional tribal designs will still be present, nowadays it’s infused with modern elements such as styles and colors. So don’t be surprised to see a lot of tribal pieces like a traditional tribal necklace in a bright and bold neon color!

Hot colors for this trend are: reds, greens, blues and browns. Expect also to see bright neon colors mixed in with this trend!

Now, while all these ideas are helpful, images are even more helpful tools to show you what I’m talking about. So check out some jewelry pieces I’ve picked out from our favorite online shops RevolveClothingShopbop and Amazon that will help you project that tribal goddess vibe this Fall!

Necklaces are one of the focal pieces in tribal jewelry, and this season expect to see a lot of big and bold pieces mixed with earth colors and tribal accents! Bib necklaces resplendent in colorful seed beads or layered pieces with feathers, leaves, animals or horns are just the icing on this tribal cake!
