‘Shake It Up’ star Bella Thorne was looking cheery and playful at the 2013 Radio Disney Music Awards held at the Nokia Theater on April 27.
The teen actress, singer, model and dancer sported a rosette-detailed cropped top, a matching skirt in navy blue, neon green pumps by Christian Dior, and carried a pink clutch by Glint. To complete the ensemble, she accessorized with a colorful necklace and bangles by Kate Spade.
