Jessica Alba is one of the most-watched women in Hollywood today — her effortless style has escalated her to the ranks of the fashion world’s finest.

The paparazzi had a field day at The Grove in Los Angeles, where she guested at TV’s Extra to promote her new project, The Honest Company, a newly launched business specializing in eco-friendly baby products.

As usual, the 30-year-old actress and mother of two looked impeccable in flare jeans paired with a green blazer and Casadei Spring 2012 wedge shoes. But what really caught our attention was the h necklace.

Her daughters’ names are Honor and Haven. What a sweet touch. Wearing initial pendants is a way of keeping our dearest ones close to our hearts!

And this is not the only h necklace she has. In 2009, she was also photographed wearing a letter H necklace by jeweler Albeit.

The new one, however, is by Alex Woo Jewelry, a posh designer for baby bling. Made of 14k gold, the tiny necklace cost Jess $678. Or was it a gift from husband Cash Warren? Here’s a closer look:

Would you wear an initial necklace, too? I would! I’m thinking — it would really look nice when mixed with other necklaces. And it’s a charming way to remember a loved one, too. I want one… like now!
