The 29-year-old “Roar” singer spiced up the red carpet in a black mesh dress and black two-strap sandals. She accessorized in bold gold jewelry, including the now trending Chanel chain belt and several other pieces from the brand, including a Chanel No. 5 long necklace and a charm bracelet.

Katy also wowed onstage as she transformed herself into a human disco ball in a skin-tight unitard covered in mirrored paillettes when she sang her latest single, “Unconditionally.” She capped off the evening by winning the award for Best Female Artist.
